RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, this means you have 14 days after receiving your watch to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be in the exact same condition that you received it and come with all additional items e.g. manual, warranty card, etc.

Data Collection Types
We currently collect contact and characteristics such as name, contact information, address, phone number and email address. This information may be captured through emails, phone calls and enquiry forms.

How Data is Collected
The majority of this information is provided by the customer or page visitor, methods of providing information include making enquiries, purchasing goods sold by Timepiece Epicurean and general interaction between the two entities. The information provided is used to communicate with the visitor , make sales to them, deliver goods and purchase goods.

How the Data is Shared
This information may be shared with Watch Register for the purpose of checking the history of watches to ensure they have not been lost or stolen, delivery services such as Royal Mail, Evri, etc. in order deliver the item and the Government due to legal reasons.

Personal Information
Your information is securely stored.
Personal data is stored in a secure, security protected location including and in secure 3rd part location which include but aren't limited to Wix (marketing), and accounting software. This data will be stored for 10 years in order to maintain a substantial sales history, marketing and financial compliance. This data will then be securely disposed of.
