Eligible online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- All original accessories, including box, papers, warranty cards and spare links, must be included.
- The watch must show no additional signs of wear or damage.
Please contact us before returning your watch so we can provide return instructions.
Once received, the watch will be inspected before any refund is processed.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty
Every watch is supplied with a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
Where a manufacturer's warranty remains valid, this will be detailed within the product listing.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water ingress caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, batteries, straps or damage resulting from unauthorised repairs.
If you believe your watch has developed a fault covered under warranty, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Delivery
We offer fully insured next-day delivery throughout the UK using trusted specialist courier services.
Orders are usually dispatched once payment has been received and all final checks have been completed.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Collection from our office in Barnsley is also available by appointment.
Selling Your Watch
When submitting a watch for valuation or sale, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the watch or are authorised to sell it.
All offers are subject to physical inspection and authentication. If a watch differs materially from the description provided, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw our offer.
Payment is normally made by bank transfer once the watch has been received, inspected and all necessary verification checks have been completed.
Part Exchange
Part exchange valuations are based on the information provided and remain subject to inspection.
If the condition or specification differs from the original description, we reserve the right to revise our valuation before completing the transaction.
Identity Verification & Anti-Money Laundering
To comply with UK legislation, we may request photographic identification, proof of address or evidence of ownership before completing certain transactions.
Every watch purchased is subject to authentication and provenance checks, which may include verifying serial numbers and checking relevant databases to help ensure watches have not been reported as lost or stolen.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse any transaction where we are unable to verify ownership, identity or compliance with our legal obligations.
